How to use:  Think of wearing goggles when you go skiing, now take the roll on and  make that shape on your face.  This is where the medicine goes into your sinus area and gives you relief!  The more and more you use it the less and less you will need it down the road.  Warning:  If you get too close to your eyes you will have an intense few moments, but it will pass and you feel much better!
