Now take some time to journal out EXACTLY what it is that you want in your life.  What does it feel like?  What does it smell like?  What does it taste like?  Who is there?  Who isn't there?  What sounds do you hear?  When you wake up in the morning, who do you wake up next to?  What does your typical day look like?  Journaling is such a powerful tool to get crystal clear on what vibration you want to vibrate on so the Universe can bring it to you.  

Next you will draw a warm bath or foot soak.  Pour ALL the MANIFEST salt into the tub (this is 1 dose of medicine that is called for this ritual) and as you are mixing the salt in say, "The Universe Supports Me because I am a powerful Manifestor. All that I dream becomes a reality, and so it is blessed be."  Feel free to use any other verbiage that aligns with you. Stay in the tub for at least 20-30 minutes to get the full effect and healing.  During this time really FEEL what it is like to live your best life and have all your dreams come true!!! Remember, if you believe you can or can't...your right!  SO DREAM BIG!

Gently rinse off, do not use soap after the ritual bath.  Gently dry off and use the Honoring Self Roll On.  Put this on your heart space, wrists, and Third Eye.  This medicine is to keep you in alignment with who you be and the world you are manifesting into existence.  When we don't honor ourselves the Universe gets confused about what to bring to you, so wear this healing blend all of the time!
